Annulled Convictions ACT 2003

Some occupations and licences are exempt from the application of the Annulled Convictions Act 2003, meaning that no prior convictions including those of a minor nature can be removed from an applicant's criminal history record. Relevant Acts relating to these occupatoins and licences ensures that all prior criminal history records are released due to the importance and responsibility in obtaining such positions or licences.
